Round up for "My Favorite dish"


Happy Dussehra friends. I wish everyone a wonderful year ahead.

At last I'm here with the round up for "My Favorite Dish". I want to thank each & every one of them for showering me with their dishes . As I checked one by one I felt that they were my favorite dishes too..

So here it goes.... 


Sadhana of Sensibleveg sent in healthy & yummy "Badam kheer" or almond milk pudding.
Muskaan of A2z healthy vegetarian cuisine sent in a quick & healthy "10-minute channa chaat"- guilt free snack.

Jyothi valaboju of Shadruchulu sent a “ Samosa chat “ which can be made with left over samosa’s.Dish looks innovative & irresistible too.
Shaista of Mixcalculations sent a “Fried rice"which is simple to make and delicious in taste.

      Deepali jain of Confusion cook sent “Eggless black forest cake" which she made for her hubby’s birthday.
      Avika j chawla of Variety is the spice of your life sent in “Forever biryani” which looks colorful & tempting too.

Archana of the Mad scientist's kitchen sent “Boiled peanuts" as her favorite dish. In my words this is my favorite dish or snack too.
       Amina of Amina creations sent in “Corn vegetable rice“.This recipe takes less cooking time & easy to make.

Khushi of a Girl's diary sent in three delicious dishes to this event. tangy “Mango rice”, crunchy “Chatpata namkin samosa”& a easy “Paneer hariyali kebab”.

      Chandrani banerjee of Cuisine delights has sent “Vegetable fried rice” & Spicy egg kurma.Those 2 dishes look tasteful & colorful .

   Deepika anand of Yummy in the tummy sent in “ Puli avul” recipe which is yummy & easy to make. 
   Rudra of Mom's corner sent in “Veggie cheese rolls” made with some left over bread rolls.They look delicious.

      Pradnya of Pumpkin farm sent in “Cheese burstpizza”which she was inspired by chicago style deep pan pizza.
   Pinky of Pinks recipe diary sent in mumbai’s famous street food “ Vada pav ”.

      Pranati of Delicious recipes 4m pranati's kitchen has sent in yummy oriya recipes in which one of them is “Chatu besara a mushroom gravy with mustard paste” & “Nadia bara tarkari “ a coconut vada curry.

      Kalyani of Mom chef sent in crisp “ Dal vada  / aama vadai / paruppu vadai”, “Quick tomato chutney with no garlic & onion” & “Kadalai paruppu sundal”.

 Uma shankar of Jaya's recipes sent yummy & tangy "Puli pongal" made of broken rice.

 Sobha shyam of Good food  sent crisp "Paniyaram" or which we even call as ponganalu.

                      Shilpa dubey of Yummilicious food sent in a yummy snack "cheese corn balls recipe" & crisp "soya granules cutlets recipe" or soya granules fritters.

         Amy of Food corner sent quick, easy & healthy "Carrot rice" which was made in Sri Lankan style. 

        Reva of Kaarasaaram "Flavorful poondhu puli kuzhambhu" made in chettinad style.

       Sudha sabarish of Sabdha's kitchen sent in a comforting food "sago/javarisi idly".

      Sumedha of Sumee's culinary bites sent "Kala chana usli" which is also distributed as prasad in temple. For a note i love to have this when it’s warm :)

        Soujanya of Souju’s home sent in a creamy "Capsicum in sesame/peanut sauce" & "Potato-jackfruit seeds curry" goes with rice & roti.

      Ramya of Ramya's recipe sent creamy “Paneer butter masala/paneer makhani”, veggie “Fried rice” & a perfect winter dish “ Hot and sour veggie soup”.

        Jabeen of Jabeen's corner showered with all the below recipes.     


       She sent a healthy " Carrot Milk shake" & yummy "Egg/Caramel pudding".
        Here as you see "Puran Poli/stuffed sweet bread" & "Thayir vadai" which are my favorite too.

        In this picture you see delicious "Adai/Savory crepes" & "Pazham Pori/Banana Fritters"

       In this pic we have a savory or a time pass snack "Kadali Pakoda/Peanut Pakoras" & "Paruppu urundai kuzhamb".

                       Nupur mehra of  uk-rasoi has sent in greeny “paneer bhurji with spinach”,” sookhi daal amritsari” & healthy “sprouted kala chana chat”.

      And at last coming to my favorite dish I had many in my mind so sorted it to one dish i.e; is Chakkara pongali.When ever I'm in India I ask my mom to make it for me without any occasion.

My Favorite Dish


We all are the finest cooks who enjoy cooking various dishes from all over the world. But very deep in our heart we all have a special love to some dish which we always admire.
So the whole idea of this event is to post a dish which you like, love & enjoy a lot.

I'm overwhelmed to announce my second event " My favorite Dish". I have been planning on this event for a very long time. I have been planning on this event for a very long time.All these days this post was sitting in my draft and finally its out in its quest .
